Our 'Retired Sydney Based Clients' enjoy an escape to Paradise several times each year. Their home here on the Gold Coast is a tranquil townhouse in Mermaid Waters nestled on a peaceful canal yet only a few minutes from beautiful Broadbeach, bustling Surfers Paradise & the many inviting beaches of South East Queensland . Commencing Mid-October 2015, our brief was to transform this slightly tired & dating classic into a modern, light-filled open plan beauty that would be ready in time for the annual Christmas Holiday Celebrations with family. |

AFTER The Townhouse was handed over to us around the commencement of the 'Annual Christmas Rush' period. After a busy 10 weeks on site, we handed back the keys for this newly transformed gem, to our delighted clients. |

* We engaged AIL Constructions to do a major interior renovation of our unit in Mermaid Waters including infilling an internal atrium and installing roof windows.
Our requirement was a builder that could take on the project in it entirety as we reside interstate and the project had some compliance issues that had to be overcome.
We had approached several builders but there was a lack of interest, but when we asked Andrew to quote he presented as very confident, capable, positive builder and had no problem ẃith managing our compliance issues.
Andrew presented us with a progress schedule through to completion and then liaised with us weekly and sometimes daily if problems arose. Andrews communication skills were excellent with a constant stream of photos to keep us informed, all communication and paper ẃork were very professionally done. No changes or variations were done without proper consultation, documentation and approval.
We are extremely pleased with the end result high-quality workmanship on time a bit over budget, no fault of Andrews, Lesley my wife takes responsibility for that.
You hear bad stories about dealing with builders but dealing with Andrew was an absolute pleasure and I would have no problem recommending him to others. ( We only visited the site once in the early demolition phase )
