LAKELANDS GOLF COURSE - MERRIMAC
​OUR CLIENTS - a young professional couple, owned this waterfront block of land on Lakelands Golf Course at Merrimac and they were ready to build their new family home, when they found A.I.L. Constructions P/L.
​They already had Architects plans drawn up but were struggling to find a builder who could build their dream home - for a cost that was close to their budget.
Working together, we prepared an Initial Budget Costing, helped them engage an Engineer, prepared a Specification of Finishes, Scheduled the Complete Works and finally were able to come up with a suitable Lump Sum Cost to build their magnificent new DREAM HOME.
