Before

The task on this project was to creat a large 'Granny Flat' in the underfloor area of this family home in Burleigh Heads
​whilst keeping the family living comfortably in the house during the entire construction period.

Excavating under the house

The job involved carefully excavating the whole underfloor area whilst still supporting & maintaining the existing house above.

After

We successfully completed this project after 4 months work on site and the end result is everything this large family wanted.
